The hotel will be a signal building, and contain 400 rooms and a large congress hall. The building is formed like a star, with four buildings and the conference facilities. The hall will make room for 1000 to 1800 participants, depending on how the hall is managed.
There will be a large lobby, meeting rooms and a restaurant. On top of the building there will be a Sky bar with outdoor terrace.
Total area approx 31 000 sq.m BTA. Parking: 7550 sq.m, hotel 20 700 sq.m and the conference hall incl adm.offices approx 2800 sq.m (the hall 1400 sq.m BTA).
