Additional information
The project was completed in cooperation with Skanska Tekniske Entrepriser AS as a sub-contractor for all the technical skills.
In the interaction phase, there was made thorough analyzes of the cost-use-effect with regard to different kind of energy actions. This resulted in an agreement that the building would meet the requirement for the national energy standard A.
In addition there was an agreementent for energy responsibilities, which implies that Skanska guarantees that an actual consumption will not exceed 200 kWh/sq.m. per year - the two first years.
