Čtvrť Emila Kolbena 2 - building Alfred
The Alfred apartment building will soon expand our offer within the second stage of the Emil Kolben district. The house is named after the brother of this important industrialist. Alfred collaborated with Emil on the development of electrical machines, later becoming the director of an industrial school in Brno.
A total of 179 new homes and 6 commercial units will be created in the Alfred house. The highest floors of the house will offer loft apartments with their own roof terrace. The photovoltaic power plant will supply energy to the common areas.
