The Fantazie residential houses are the project designed for those interested in living in a quiet location close to the Prague centre. It is urban style living with all benefits of modern times located in the environment of full-grown trees, lawn and planting providing peace for everyday repose.
Five three-floor apartment houses with two receding levels will be built on the area of old Malešice, between the streets Heldova and U Tvrze. Eighty flats were constructed within the project.
