This project comprises of 532 homes. The residential complex consist of 16 separate apartment houses laid out in several rows so that the majority of living-rooms face south or southwest, and so take advantage of direct sunshine.
Four-storey to six-storey apartment houses with retreating storeys have been built on gently sloping land. The construction is divided into five phases. The dominant feature of the premises is the Maják residential house with 51 flats.
