The project had a strong focus on environmental issues to energy consumption, choice of material and noice during the building and operating phases. Total area approx. 42 000 sq.m.
As a part of the contract, Skanska has to make sure that the energy consumption in the public and the parking areas, do not surpass the mid-term goals of 83 and 11 kWh/sq.m. throughout the first three years of operation of the shopping centre.
