The Park Quarter II residential project will be divided into 7 sections with 6-12 floors above ground. This phase of Park Quarter will offer a total of 373 residential units and 4 commercial spaces. The entire block will be built in the shape of an interrupted square with dimensions of almost 100 x 100 meters. RebetoNG, a concrete with a high percentage of recycled aggregate, will also be used for specific parts of the buildings' monolithic structures.
Construction work began in May 2024 by the team of project manager Tomáš Koudelka from the Building Branch Bohemia and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2026.
