The project included the completion of the off-grade crossroad of roads I/36 and I/37 at the bridge over the Elbe River on the western edge of the Pardubice city. The construction included modifications to existing roads, bridges, drainage, vegetation and utility relocations. As part of the construction, one bridge was reconstructed, one bridge was newly constructed, and one tubosider was reconstructed and extended. The construction of a new lane of I/37 in the area of the intersection resulted in a more uniform profile, thus improving traffic flow and safety.
