At the beginning of February 2022, work began on the construction of a residential project in Prague's Kamýk district. The external investor is the company JRD, with whom we have cooperated in the past as a subcontractor of electrical works, for example on the Zelená Libuš project. In addition to 97 residential units, the Vital Kamýk project will also have 4 commercial spaces.
The Vital Kamýk project will consist of two parts, the higher one will rise up to 13 floors above ground, the lower one will have 9 floors and its roof will serve as a common terrace. The building will also have three underground floors.
