Skanska provided Tren Urbano system technical support services and construction project management services. The scope of services include vehicles, track, contracts, surveying, engineering, and joint development technical services support.
Skanska served as an Owners Agent for several capital projects in Puerto Rico including repairs and modifications to train vehicles, stations, utilities and tracks based on settlement agreement; Comunidad Rio Bayamon project; RP tunnel repairs; fare collection system; and train system safety program.
