Skanska Property Czech Republic has signed a lease agreement in the Balabenka office building in Prague 9 - Libeň. ČSOB will lease 3,544 sq m of office space and will move to Balabenka in March 2014.
ČSOB Group has approximately 3 million clients and is one of the top lenders in the Czech Republic. It is part of Belgian KBC. ČSOB's financial clients are involved in many market sectors, from retail and SME to corporate and institutional organizations.

Commenting on the lease of the new office space, Petra Prošková, Director of Distribution Back Office department, CSOB, said: “We were looking for a location for a back office function.
