Skanska Property Czech Republic has acquired the development scheme known as “FIVE!” in the highly sought after Anděl-Smíchov commercial district (Prague 5), from HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic.
The scheme, located on Na Valentince Street, consists of approximately 14,500 sq m. The purchase follows the successful leasing and sale of Skanska´s project known as Riverview located nearby. The seller of “FIVE!” was represented by DTZ, who conducted the successful tender. The buyer was represented by JLL in the transaction. Legal advisors in the transaction were Dentons for the purchaser and bnt attorneys-at-law for the seller.
