City Green Court applied, as the first project in the Czech Republic, many innovative green solutions, structural elements and innovations that have a positive impact on the project itself and its surroundings. City Green Court was designed to consume 56 percent less energy than buildings built in order to meet the Czech Building Act.
City Green Court is the only building in the Czech Republic to earn the prestigious LEED Platinum certification for both its core and shell and commercial interiors.
