Project Director at Skanska Commercial Development
Petr has been with Skanska since 2015 and he has full responsibility for the development of more than 100,000 sqm of prime offices in all four projects in Prague. He has been leading the preparation of two schemes in Prague 4 (Key) and Prague 5 (Radlická) himself. Besides that, he has been coordinating an internal team of project managers and leaders on two remaining projects in Prague 7 (Port7 and Mercury). Petr has been a member of the company´s management team in the Czech Republic. Graduate from the Czech Technical University in Prague and member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), an international professional body.
