Part of a green solution

Our ultimate goal is for all Skanska projects to have a near-zero impact on the environment. We are proud that in 2015, Skanska was awarded TOP Responsible Large Company of the Year and also received an award for a Long-term contribution to corporate social responsibility in the Czech Republic. In the same year, the Skanska building Corso Court in Prague, earned the highest Platinum rating in the LEED system. Corso Court is one of the most energy efficient buildings in the Czech Republic.

The ethical responsibility

Skanska should be an industry role model when it comes to ethics. We have a clear vision: zero ethical breach.
Our Code of Conduct is based on Skanska's values, which, to us, are more than words. They represent what we want to live every single day. They set the expectations that we run our business responsibly and sustainably, and they enable us to be a reliable partner for our customers.

A culture of care and concern

We are committed to ensuring that everyone who works with and for us returns home safely at the end of the working day. Our target is zero accidents. This is a huge challenge in an industry that often involves complex works in hazardous environments.
