Our core business is to plan, build, lease and sell offices for our tenants. We add value by developing sustainable high-quality office buildings in great locations.

Who we are

Skanska Property Czech Republic, s.r.o., a subsidiary of Skanska Commercial Development Europe, specializes in commercial real estate development in the Czech Republic.

The company has been operating on the Czech market since 1997 and has built a number of office buildings in Prague and Ostrava. Corso Court in Prague, which earned a LEED Platinum award, is one of our recent projects.

What we do and how we add value

We manage everything from the initial concept, to construction, lease and finally sale to the investor. We develop office buildings with sustainable solutions, tailored to our customers.

The design and construction of our buildings always utilize the latest and global expertise of the Skanska Group. As part of living our values , we promote green solutions and we run our property development in a green way. For instance, we do this through energy conservation and reduction in carbon emissions, sound water management and waste minimization.

For each building, we strive to meet the most stringent environmental criteria for receiving the LEED Platinum certificate and recently also Well certificate.

Recent project highlights

  • In 2015, the company completed construction of an innovative office space project, Corso Court in Prague's Karlín, which at the end of the year began to house all three entities of Skanska operating in the Czech market. The project has been awarded LEED Platinum certification and was rated at 86 points, the highest score achieved in the sector of speculative construction.
  • In 2017, we completed Five in Prague´s district Smíchov which has become a seat of MSD IT Innovation Hub. The project has been also awarded LEED Platinum certification.
