Both professional and personal development of our employees is important to us and is among the global priorities of the whole Skanska Group. That is why we have an elaborate system of education and development of employees – from training required by the law and expert training, through language education, managerial education to international development talent-seeking programmes.

Skanska Unlimited

It is a global programme whitin which the employees have an opportunity to undergo an internship at one of the foreign business units in the lenghth of up to 6 months. The programme therefore offers a possibility to get to know new cultural and working environment and to share experience with colleagues in other countries.

Skanska Stretch

Development programme for talented emploees that focuses on the strengthening of managerial skills and expert knowledge with the aim to prepare the selected employees for senior manager roles in the Skanska global environment.
