Additional information
The ground-floor, non-cellared level of the building houses fully equipped auditorium with seats and desktops for 400 people. By means of a slidable wall, the auditorium can be divided into two separate rooms, each for 200 students. Educational premises can be found in the three-storey part of the building. Outside the building Skanska also realized parking lots for 150 passenger cars. Behind the educational part there are two greenhouses with total usable area of almost 200 square meters, in which material for classes and practical exercises is being produced. The building was also furnished within the scope of contract realization.
