$1.6 million laboratory and office space expansion and renovation at MedImmune’s Mountain View campus. The overall project was broken down into sub-projects based on specific defined scopes of work. There were a total of eight sub-projects defined for Building 297. All projects were located in existing office space areas. The renovated areas included Building 297 lobby, cafeteria, kitchen, executive offices and conference rooms, and Building 319 office space and cubicles. The project was completed in eight weeks due to extensive pre-planning and scheduling required for fast-track projects.
