Notre Dame approached Skanska to manage this project when it was experiencing budget challenges. Our team quickly engaged with the Owner and the Design team to develop a GMP and program that meets Notre Dame's goals. This 75,000 SF, multi-story facility includes 248 student beds and a new student chapel. The project is one of the first at Notre Dame to pursue LEED certification.
