A 150,000 SF retrofit of existing high tech fabrication facilities. Upgrades include replacement of most major mechanical and electrical systems, demolition of existing systems in sub-fabs, and rebuilding systems to ready the facilities for new process tools. In addition, Skanska is fabricating a process waste building and two electrical energy centers on site to support the facilities. Scope of work also includes reconstruction of the cleanroom, including new floors, ceilings and ventilation/scrubber systems. Work is being performed on an active, constrained site, requiring coordination to avoid impact to the other plants on the campus, which are running at full capacity
