Three-story Lynn Cancer Center is approx. 98,000 SF and is located on a four-acre site at the Northwest corner of 7th Avenue and Northwest 13 Street in Boca Raton, FL. The first floor consists of a comprehensive Radiation Oncology and Imaging Center. Public access to the building is through a three-story naturally-lit atrium that visually unifies the building and also provides access to a small cafe, gift shop, and a and psycho-social palliative care. Building services are discreetly located on the north end of the building and are screened using landscape buffers. The second floor contains a hematology/oncology clinic, and the chemotherapy and infusion center. The third floor contains a multi-modality clinic, offices and administration, conference center and shell space. The penthouse level contains the mechanical and elevator machine rooms.
