The Indian River Bridge Project is a $150M design-build construction of a three-span cable-stayed bridge (400’-950’-400’) with flanking approach spans. The cable-stayed superstructure consists of cast-in-place (CIP) concrete edge girders, with both precast and CIP concrete transverse floor beams, and a CIP concrete deck. The bridge features a pedestrian walkway, and received input from the local community for design and features. When complete, the bridge will be able to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. PB is providing QA and QC services for both design and construction on the project
