Skanska completed a 23,000-SF interior renovation at One Atlantic Center in midtown Atlanta. Our scope of work included new offices, conference rooms, meeting spaces, game rooms, breakrooms, a “Think Tank”, new millwork, wood doors, wallcovering, carpet, custom light fixtures, a putting green throughout the perimeter of the floor, custom artistic graphics, and custom iron front entrance doors. We handled MEP work under a dsesign-build model.
Design and renovation were both inspired by KPMG's goal to provide an innovative and fun space for their employees. Every building feature, from the whimsical light fixtures to the putting greens, contributes to the productivity of the KPMG staff.
