We provide a complete facilities management solution for about two thirds of Kent County Council.
We look after the west and east Kent regions of the county.
We began by looking after the west Kent area and, in 2019, because of our successful approach, this was expanded to include east Kent.
We provide facilities management services for public and educational buildings at over 300 locations. Our team of highly skilled engineers maintains the fabric of these buildings and carries out mechanical and electrical maintenance. We also carry out statutory inspections and asset management.
In addition, we run the facilities management helpdesk for the two regions of Kent we look after. We work with our supply chain to deliver a complete range of facilities management services for the council, including cleaning, grounds maintenance and catering.
