Skanska provided construction management services for this 115,082-SF three-story administration/classroom building and 3,225-SF one-story custodial receiving building with related spaces. The project included remodeling an existing building into a 3,100-SF child care services building. Our scope also included selected demolition, MEP and site work improvements to upgrade school amenities, student safety and traffic flow.
