This application allows us to process client data and provide clients with a clear and simple overview about their real properties and their operation. CAFM software includes individual modules, which are interconnected and create a simple whole for the management of all support processes. Based on the client's criteria, we exactly specify the maintenance plan and individual part processes and create their reporting. The Helpdesk environment cooperated with the system, allowing the client to enter requests and check the performance of contractual relationships with suppliers as well as view facility documentation.
