Our Code of Conduct defines how all Skanska employees work, no matter where we are in the world. We are proud of the ethical business practices that we have established. We do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, unfair anti-competitive activities, discrimination or harassment.
On the contrary, we promote ethical business practices, fair treatment of all employees, including diversity and equal opportunities. Health and safety is another area with vital importance to us.
Our goal is to achieve zero work site injuries. Our commitment to create a safe and healthy workplaces is described in our Code of Conduct. Likewise, we protect and care for the environment. We are constantly striving to do more to reduce our environmental footprint.
Guideline for implementing the Skanska Code of Conduct
The Compliance Guideline are governing document management system for Social Responsibility (hereafter SM CSR) - in accordance with the requirements as "normative CSR" Corporate Social Responsibility and international norms "SA8000 Social Responsibility" Social Accountability.
Skanska a.s. top management hereby undertakes to fulfill the requirements document normative CSR and SA8000 standards.
SM CSR area is defined in the Skanska group for the construction and development activities and is specified by NACE Codes: 41, 42 and 43 SM CSR includes all documents required by CSR Normative and SA8000 which are managed and created by analogy with other systems certified and follows the Integrated Management System Manual, respectively by Documentation Rules and Regulations of the references.
