The division offers a broad, highly professional range of services based on years of experience in the field. Customers use this division as their general contractor and it can provide a full range of services from initial study and survey work through the certification of occupancy and handover of a finished and fully operable project.

The division is made up of 6 plants located in the Czech Republic (Bohemia and Moravia) and 3 plants in Slovakia (Bratislava, Košice and Martin).

Plant Bohemia, Plant Brno and Plant Moravia specialize in those segments of the market which involve more sophisticated and urban type projects, general contracting services for the construction of residential, civic and industrial buildings, modernization and reconstruction projects with a focus on historical buildings and the providing of technological solutions for the construction and reconstruction of subway systems and tunnels.

Plant 02 offers services in the area of general construction with a specialization in water management and utility infrastructure projects and related services. This plant also supplies and installs air-handling and climate control systems and handles the full or partial delivery and installation of all types of other mechanical equipment used in buildings. Plant 02 is also a supplier of water- and gas-based fire suppression systems and offers asbestos removal services. This is also the part of the company, which is responsible for any projects or the installation of systems related to the use of renewable sources of energy. This includes the production and use of biogas and energy derived from waste. 

Light Steel Shell Plant - This plant offers a full range of services in the area of light weight glass and aluminum curtain walls, facades and interior infill systems.

Steel Construction Plant - This plant offers a full range of services related to sale, manufacture and installation of steel framed structures for commercial and residential development projects.

This division of our company works with the latest, cutting-edge technologies and materials, which save our clients money and allow them to operate their facilities in a highly cost effective manner.
